Itzulpenflow is a tool to address translation needs that emerge within an organisation. It is a web-based application, and is used to manage the flow between the emergence of a translation need and the actual translation of the work. The platform also automatically offers a range of information: document size in terms of words and characters, degree of similarity that may exist with translations done previously, the cost of a work offer, the possibility of monitoring subcontracting, etc.
Itzulpenflow uses various advanced technologies to provide the user with facilities and to optimize the management of the translation process. An example of this is the module for managing translation memories, because it keeps a record of all the translations automatically uploaded to the platform so that the information can be reused.
